STL File for 3D Printable Thrust Vector Conversion for Freewing 90mm F22

$15.00

Add thrust vectoring capabilities to your 90mm Freewing F22! This is the STL file to 3D print thrust vectoring nozzles for your Freewing 90MM F22.

Print settings:

The STL comes in two files:

One file includes with the nozzles which can be 3D printed with very low infill settings (mostly hollow/light weight)

The other file includes the side brackets, gears and servo inserts which should be printed at 100% infill for durability.

The files are already oriented for 3D printing and should require no support structure due to the lack of steep overhangs.

The servo insert design includes built in breakaway support structures.

Installation:

Carefully measure and cut out foam exhaust nozzles (all cuts chould be straight/square)

Make sure the control horns orient down and inboard and install each thrust vectoring assembly (already assembled held together temporarily with string if needed).

Measure forward of the control horns and cut out foam for 9g servos (not included in kit) then install servo inserts

Route servo wires into fan ducting, around the fan and into the forward avionics bay

Thrust vectoring capabilities will depend on controller capabilities (pitch vs pitch and roll)

STL files are sold for individual use only. Do not redistribute.
